2 Chainz was born in College Park, Georgia, United States on 12 September 1977. 2 Chainz started studying in North Clayton High School, where after graduation he joined Alabama State University through a scholarship. He moved to Virginia State University but came back after sometime to Alabama State University, where he graduated.
